Though we've all known Khloe Kardashian is expecting her first child with Cleveland Cavaliers center Tristan Thompson, the couple finally made the announcement official in Monday's episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
In the episode, Kardashian takes a pregnancy test and shares the news with her assistant.
Later in the show, Kardashian and Thompson reveal their pregnancy to the remainder of the Kardashian family.
Kardashian has posted photos to her Instagram showing off her baby bump, including a picture of her kissing Thompson with the caption "Mom and Dad."
She has also hinted that the baby's sex will also be revealed on the show.
Earlier this month, Kardashian appeared on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" and said she hopes to give birth in Cleveland.
