Would you like to serenade your true love or just have some fun with Valentine’s Day this year?

You can order a singing valentine!

Students at Malone University will deliver the songs within a 30-mile radius of the university between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Valentines’ Day – February 14.

This is the perfect way to surprise – or embarrass in a fun way – your valentine!

The Malone University Chorale will also deliver a carnation – courtesy of Cathy Cowgill of Remarkable Flowers – a greeting card with a customized message you can choose, homemade chocolate candy, and of course… a serenade by a quartet of the choir, all dressed in formal attire.

A singing valentine costs $5 for deliveries on the Malone University campus, $5 for singing telegrams – where the singers would deliver the valentines by the phone to anyone within the country – $15 for delivers within Stark County and $30 for deliveries for anyone outside of Stark County – within a 30-mile radius of the university itself.

To have the singing valentine delivered on February 14, you should order it by Monday, February 12 at the latest.

The group also accepts donations that go to community outreach and other opportunities of the Malone University Chorale and Chamber Choir.

On Wednesday morning, the WKYC morning show had the pleasure of being serenaded by the Malone University Chorale.

Students Alyssa Bogner, Megan Koenig, Kaleb Kibble, and Andrew Ferguson sung to our morning show team in studio, alongside Chorale director, Dr. Jon Peterson.
