CLEVELAND — Two people are dead following a fiery crash on Cleveland's west side early Wednesday morning.
Police say an SUV slammed into a building near West 58th Street and Denison Avenue around 12:23 a.m. before bursting into flames. A utility pole also caught fire, and Denison was shut down between West 54th and West 58th.
Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene. Their identities have not been made available, and exactly what caused them to crash is not known at this time.
The incident remains under investigation.
