Geauga County Sheriff's Office searching for suspect who robbed BP station

The description matches the suspect who is also wanted for the robbery of a Marathon station in Perry.

PARKMAN, Ohio — Sheriff's deputies in Geauga County are asking for your help in tracking down the suspect who robbed the BP station in Parkman early Saturday morning.

According to reports and surveillance video, the suspect was wearing a gray sweat suit and entered the BP station at 3:55 a.m. armed with a small silver/black gun. The clerk described the suspect as a black male standing approximately 6 feet tall.

The suspect ordered everyone onto the ground, then proceeded with the robbery. No one was injured. Sheriff's deputies add that the male in the black jacket in the photo was a customer.

Investigators believe this male suspect also matches the description of the suspect who robbed the Perry Marathon station last week.
