Tickets for tonight's Cleveland Indians game vs. the Oakland Athletics are SOLD OUT

The Tribe currently leads the American League Central division by 11 1/2 games, and seats are still available for the rest of this current 10-game homestand

Cleveland is still recovering from its post-LeBron leaving hangover, but in the immediate aftermath, fans are going all in on the Tribe.

The team announced tickets for Friday night's game against the Oakland Athletics are sold out. It's the third such game at Progressive Field this season, with the others being the home opener on April 6 (which drew 34,720 fans) and a June 23 contest against the Detroit Tigers (34,435).

The Indians are currently averaging 21,508 spectators per home game, 22nd-best in baseball out of 30 teams. However, those numbers have been climbing lately, with the last homestand averaging more than 27,000 fans over nine games, including five with over 30,000.

The Tribe currently leads the American League Central division by 11 1/2 games, and seats are still available for the rest of this current 10-game homestand (the last before the All-Star break) that includes stops by the A's, Cincinnati Reds, and New York Yankees. Should those game sell out as well, fans are still encouraged to search for tickets on StubHub.
