CLEVELAND -- For years, Cleveland Cavaliers fans have been admiring Kevin Love's clothing.
Now, they can wear it themselves.
On Tuesday, Banana Republic officially unveiled Love's first clothing line, "BR/K.Love-18." In a collaboration that saw the Cavs' All-Star forward both help design and curate, the line is "inspired by Banana Republic's utility heritage with a twist of Love's favorite tailored performance pieces, highlighting his personal style grounded in American sportswear."
Now available on BananaRepublic.com, "BR/K.Love-18" features an assortment of tops, bottoms, and accessories, including shirts, sweaters, suits, chino pants, hats, ties, belts, socks, lapel pins, pocket squares, bandanas, duffle bags and top coats.
The pricing on Love's line ranges from $14.50 for a pair of socks to a $548 biker jacket. In between you can pick up a pair of athletic tapered corduroy dress pants for $98, an air spun stripe crew neck sweater for $108, a $298 camo duffle bag for $298 and a slim plaid cotton-wool suit jacket for $398, among other items.
On Tuesday, Love appeared on "Today," where he announced the creation of the Kevin Love Fund, which will aim to "empower people to really work on their physical, but also mental well-being." In addition to the other clothing brand that Love endorses, Nike, Banana Republic will serve as a brand partner on the project.
Earlier this year, Love opened up about his own battles with mental health, which includes a history of anxiety and panic attacks.
"I was actually quite surprised," Love said of the response to his essay in The Players' Tribune. "I was just hoping to inspire that one kid. Really, it didn't matter the demographic either, just knowing that [mental health] doesn't discriminate. Just seeing the impact that article had, it led me into today."
