Cleveland Browns left tackle Joe Thomas has made a round of media interviews and appearances this offseason, making him a prime candidate for a future career in broadcasting.
On Wednesday, Thomas appeared on the "Golic and Wingo" show on ESPN Radio to discuss the Browns' quarterback situation and draft outlook.
Thomas provided some insight into the Browns' front office, stating that new general manager John Dorsey isn't a fan of starting rookie quarterbacks. That indicates the Browns will seek a veteran quarterback to take over for DeShone Kizer.
If it were up to Thomas, the team would acquire Kirk Cousins, he told Mike Golic and Trey Wingo.
He also said he'd draft Penn State running back Saquon Barkley at No. 1 followed by the best defensive player on the board at No. 4.
