There will be a few showers exiting New England.
Meanwhile, another round of heavier showers and severe thunderstorms will cause some risks in the central Plains. These storms will have the dangers of recent events with gusty winds, large hail and even tornadoes.
The best chance for this will be from West Texas into southeastern Missouri. Another system will produce showers along it in the Northwest from Washington to Montana and southward to California to Utah.
In the Southeast, high pressure will provide the region with plenty of sunshine. It will also be hot with temperatures well into the 90s in many areas.
