Cleveland Police looking for suspects who stole car, dragged 10-year-old boy

The boy was eventually freed from the seatbelts and suffered minor injuries.

Cleveland Police are on the search for a pair of suspects who stole a car at the Marathon Gas Station on East 116th Street on November 18.

According to officers, a woman parked at a gas pump at Marathon and left her car running to go inside and pay. She also left her 10-year-old son inside the car.

Two male suspects entered the vehicle, one of them pushing the boy out of the car from the back seat. The child was tangled up in the seat belt and was dragged as the suspects drove off.

The boy was eventually freed from the seatbelts and suffered minor injuries.

Here are photos of one of the suspects taken when he came into the store to get a snack.

Anyone with information is asked to call detectives at Cleveland Police's Fourth District at 216-623-5418.
