CLEVELAND — It's almost time for Cleveland Wing Week again, and more than 40 eateries in Northeast Ohio will be slinging hot deals ... or perhaps medium or mild, if that's more your speed.
Promising classic flavors like Buffalo to more adventurous offerings like blueberry vodka BBQ or Jamaican jerk wings, participating restaurants from Cleveland all the way to Elyria and Mentor are serving up a special deal of six wings for $7 to celebrate Cleveland Wing Week. This year, Cleveland Wing Week runs from Monday, Sept. 16 to Sunday, Sept. 22.
"Whether you're a fan of spicy, sweet, or smoky wings, Cleveland Wing Week is the perfect chance to explore the city’s diverse wing offerings and enjoy a culinary adventure with friends and family," Cleveland Wing Week organizers said in a press release.
The Cleveland Wing Week app, available on iOS and Android, lets users find participating restaurants and check what special wing flavors they're serving. It also has a feature where users can check in at each restaurant for a chance to earn rewards and prizes like gift cards.
