CLEVELAND — Restaurants across Ohio are allowed to begin offering outdoor dining services Friday, and Harry Buffalo in Cleveland is among them.
The bar on East 4th Street will open at 11 a.m. while showcasing its new outdoor patio area. In addition, customers will be able to "safely" view the menu by scanning a QR code on a badge staff members will be wearing.
Gov. Mike DeWine announced last week all Ohio bars ans restaurants would be allowed to start reopening, with indoor dining to resume this coming Thursday. He shut them down back in March, and even the ones that open now must adhere to strict social distancing measures.
