NORTHFIELD, Ohio — When you think of MGM Northfield Park racino, most people dream of winning big! While your luck at the slots can go either way, a sure bet is a meal at their latest restaurant, Valley's Edge Steak and Seafood.
"I am here every day they are open," said customer Becky Moore. "It's wonderful."
Less than 6 months old, MGM Northfield went all in on this new concept.
"We really wanted to breathe some new life into this restaurant," said executive Chef Chris Poplin. "We came up with the name, 'Valley's Edge' because we are right on the edge of the Cuyahoga Valley so we thought that would be perfect."
A stunning interior, with a menu to match.
"Some great, fantastic prime steaks, fresh seafood, and some really great chef-inspired entries as well," said Poplin.
And each one of those steaks, cooked to perfection over their custom-made wood fire grill.
The man behind the meat is Chef Lee Cooper.
On the grill today, bone-in ribeye, Delmonico, and a center-cut filet mignon.
Along with steaks, their seafood is top tier, including their five seafood pasta, lobster tail and shrimp cocktail.
Valley's Edge at MGM Northfield Park is open Wednesday-Sunday 4pm-9pm.
