Abby Lee Miller is going back under the knife.
Only ET was with the former Dance Moms star as she underwent a sleeve gastrectomy in Los Angeles on Friday, where she shared her concerns before going under.
"Oh, this is crazy," she told ET before heading to the operating room for the weight loss surgery that would remove nearly 80 percent of her stomach.
"There's nobody freaking out if something happens to me," she cried.

It's been a tough couple of months for Miller, who dramatically quit Dance Moms in March, and is currently awaiting her sentencing after she pleaded guilty to bankruptcy fraud last June. In an interview with ET last month, the 50-year-old dance instruction broke down when discussing the prison time she'll soon be serving.
"No, no, no," Miller confessed when asked if she was prepared to serve time, wiping away tears. "My attorneys in Pittsburgh have hired someone that prepares you -- that mentally, physically prepares you."
"I'm not a real physical person so... you know... we'll see," she continued. "There's no sense. People ask me, 'Aren't you worried, aren't you this, aren't you that?' I can't think about it. I have to live every day."
"I just don't want to fight anymore, I have, like, this much fight in me left," Miller added. "I don't want to do it anymore, just save my tears for the pillow."
