Giving Nick a run for his money! Joe Jonas took to Instagram on Thursday to show off just how ripped his body is.

Joe's closest friends and family also have ties to boxing, with his younger brother, Nick Jonas, appearing in the MMA fighter drama, Kingdom, for three seasons and his ex-girlfriend and longtime pal, Demi Lovato, is currently dating MMA fighter Guilherme "Bomba" Vasconcelos.
Joe has been training with Ava Knight – a noteworthy female boxer – for several months now. He was spotted practicing with Knight outdoors back in September.
