CLEVELAND — If you haven't gotten a chance to attend the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo's Asian Lantern Festival yet, there's still time!
The Zoo announced Monday morning it is extending this year's festival by an entire month. Due to high demand, it now runs through Sept. 20.
The festival has long been a popular event at the zoo, and was initially slated to end this Saturday. However, several customers were left dismayed when tickets sold out quickly, prompting officials to add more dates.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the zoo is offering a drive-thru experience this year as well as the normal walk-through. Tickets can be purchased at clevelandmetroparkszoo.com.
