CLEVELAND — Award-winning singer/songwriter Machine Gun Kelly is returning to his hometown of Cleveland.
The Cleveland Guardians have announced that Progressive Field will celebrate "MGK Day" on Tuesday, Aug. 13.
Colson Baker, also known as MGK, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch before the Guardians' game against the Chicago Cubs.
In addition, the first 10,000 fans who enter Progressive Field will receive a custom bag of 27 Club Coffee. The giveaway will be an exclusive Cleveland Guardians four-ounce bag of "The Blonde Don roast."
MGK also owns 27 Club Coffee, which is located in The Flats in Cleveland.
The coffee was "hand-sourced in the mountains west of Veracruz, Mexico, from a 100-year-old family farm, the exclusive Guardians Blonde Don is slowly dried for 20 days in a special honey process, creating an extremely sweet taste with vanilla wafer and sugarcane-tasting notes."

In addition, MGK Day is returning to Cleveland Aug. 9-13. On Aug. 11, there will be "MGK Day on the Block" on West 6th Street. The event will be taking place from 3-9 p.m. with vendors, art, music, food, raffles, games and more.

Recently, MGK visited Cleveland, making a surprise appearance following the Guardians' game on Friday, Aug. 2. He was also in attendance for SummerSlam at Cleveland Browns Stadium and stopped at Welcome to The Farm in The Flats to sing his new single, "Lonely Roads."
