On Friday, Eminem released a surprise album, 'Kamikaze,' which included a track that took a not-so-subtle dig at Cleveland native Machine Gun Kelly.
"But next time you don't gotta use Tech N9ne if you wanna come at me with a sub-machine gun. And I'm talking to you but you already know who the f--- you are, Kelly," Eminem rapped on 'Not Alike.' "I don't use sublims and sure as f--- don't sneak-diss. But keep commenting on my daughter Hailie."
On Monday, Machine Gun Kelly -- known by some as "MGK" -- responded with a song titled 'Rap Devil,' which took some much more thorough digs at the former "8 Mile" star.
"Tough talk from a rapper paying millions for security a year. 'I think my dad's gone crazy,' yeah, Hailie, you right. Dad's always mad cooped up in the studio, yelling at the mic," MGK raps, before taking aim at Eminem's sobriety and age.
"You're sober and bored, huh (I know) About to be 46 years old, dog. Talkin' 'bout 'I'ma call up Trick Trick. Man, you sound like a b---- b----."

The beef between Eminem and MGK seems to stem from a 2012 tweet in which Kelly -- then 21 -- referred to Eminem's daughter, Hailie -- then 16 -- as "hot."
Although reactions to MGK's response have been mixed, Hailie has appeared unamused by the track.
Whether the Eminem-Machine Gun Kelly beef is already over or just getting started remains unclear. But given the attention their respective tracks have already received, it's safe to say that Kelly -- and by proxy, Cleveland -- are currently at the center of hip-hop's biggest story.
