CLEVELAND — Bon Jovi fans, the wait is almost over.
As Bon Jovi gets set to release its new album, "Bon Jovi Forever," the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland is prepared to celebrate with its own "Bon Jovi Forever" exhibit. The Rock Hall will kickoff the festivities with "Bon Jovi Weekend" June 7-9, which will include the following:
- June 7: Sneak preview of the "Bon Jovi Forever" exhibit, private listening party of the new album and a special merch package.
- June 8: A Bon Jovi interview will be simulcast at 3 p.m. on the Rock Hall Plaza.
- June 9: Bon Jovi Forever Exhibit is officially open to the public. Trivia, tunes and more.
"Celebrating the band's 40-plus-year career, from their blue-collar roots as hard-working New Jersey musicians to global superstardom, Bon Jovi Forever uses artifacts, images, audio, and video to tell the story of the work, the art, the business, and the legacy of one of the biggest bands of all time," a release from the Rock Hall reads.
"For over four decades, Bon Jovi has earned a dedicated following that spans every continent. With unforgettable and well-crafted songs, Bon Jovi redefined the rock anthem, showcasing the band's songwriting prowess and artfully demonstrating how hard rock can appeal to a mainstream audience."
Bon Jovi was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2018.
