"Centro is the latest and greatest thing at The 9 on East 9th in downtown Cleveland. We're an Italian-inspired restaurant. We do everything pretty much in-house: pizza dough, homemade pasta, and dressings," says Executive Chef Frank Fazio-Grk.

The former location of Adega, The Centro now boasts an expanded bar with more seating, an incredible wine selection, and private dining. The restaurant will also feature an upcoming patio which will be great for an incredible outdoor dining experience.

"During my time in Italy, I'll be studying everything from traditional Italian techniques to innovative approaches to cooking. I have set myself a challenge to make 30 different fresh pastas and 30 different fresh sauces during my trip" says Fazio-Grk. He goes on to say "I know that this will be a tremendous learning experience that will help me expand my skills and knowledge."
