WESTLAKE, Ohio — Who's ready to have so much fun that you'll (literally) be defying gravity??
After more than a year of planning and construction, the newest Urban Air Adventure Park is set to open this Saturday at Westlake's Crocker Park. The year-round indoor attraction will feature a variety of activities for kids of all ages, including wall-to-wall trampolines, obstacle courses, rock climbing walls, a go-kart track, and much more.
While this will be their first location in Greater Cleveland, Urban Air first opened up in Akron back in 2019, one of more than 250 similar spots across the country. The company says the Summit County amusement park created 80 jobs, and a similar number could be coming to Cuyahoga County.
Ted Grambo, who owns both the Akron and Westlake Urban Airs, released the following statement:
"We're excited to bring the Urban Air brand to the West side of Cleveland, building off of the success that we've had in Akron and bringing a unique experience for kids and their parents to play. We've built a dynamic facility in the established Crocker Park community. We look forward to the years of fun ahead!"
Urban Air Westlake will officially open its doors at 10 a.m. Saturday at 183 American Blvd. Basic tickets start at $17.49 for customers 6 years and older.
