CLEVELAND — In Monday's "Pop Break" on What's New, Digital Anchor Stephanie Haney discusses the moment during the halftime show that pulled at viewers heartstrings, the Jay Z and Beyonce moment that made some viewers upset, and how Hugh Grant got the BAFTA audience hoping for another Bridget Jones movie.
During last night's British Academy of Film and Television Arts Awards, Renee Zellweger won an award for her portrayal of Judy Garland in the biopic, Judy, but just after her acceptance speech the internet went wild. After stepping off the stage, Zellweger was immediately hugged by fellow actor and Bridget Jones costar, Hugh Grant. He later made a comment congratulating her on stage by saying "well done Jones."

Last night at the Super Bowl, Beyonce and Jay Z raised some eyebrows after they chose to sit during Demi Lovato's rendition of the national anthem. The famous couple has been outspoken in the past regarding their support for Colin Kaepernick, and his decision to take a knee during the anthem during his time as a San Francisco 49er. Just recently, Jay Z partnered with the NFL to increase it's attention to race disparities in the United States, especially in regards to criminal justice.
The internet is still discussing the powerhouse performance that Jennifer Lopez and Shakira put on yesterday during the Super Bowl halftime, but many are applauding J Lo's daughter, Emme, for stealing the show. Emme helped her mom sing "Let's Get Loud" and then went on to create a mash up of that song with "Born in the U.S.A." It's safe to say that talent runs in that family.
