CLEVELAND — Clevelanders are a strong bunch and we'll soon see an example of that on NBC's new show, "The Titan Games."
The show, hosted by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, premieres Jan. 3 at 8 p.m. on WKYC.
Among the competitors this season was Cleveland Clinic executive chef Josh Ingraham, who stopped by Donovan Live this week to discuss his experience on the show. Watch the full interview above.
Ingraham, 34, was previously an executive chef for the Cleveland Indians. Prior to that, he was a suite chef for the Boston Bruins and Celtics. Ingraham said he gained weight while working in the sports industry and decided to make a lifestyle change, losing 30 pounds to reach the best shape of his life.
"The Titan Games" is a physical competition series that pushes its contestants to physical and mental limits in order to achieve greatness.
The episode featuring Ingraham airs later this month.
