CLEVELAND — How do you know when you really made it in Hollywood?  It's when you appear on "The Simpsons," of course.

For one Cleveland dynamic duo, they will get a chance to share the spotlight this weekend with Bart Simpson.

Joe and Anthony Russo, directors of “Avengers: Endgame,” will be featured in this Sunday's episode titled "Bart The Bad Guy." In the episode, Bart accidentally sees an advanced cut of a major superhero movie. The Russo Brothers portray a pair of movie executives who try to convince Bart not to leak the movie's plot.

The duo famously pleaded with fans not to spoil details when 'Endgame' was released last summer.

"The Simpsons" Executive Producer Matt Selman took to Twitter to unveil a poster for this episode that mimics the Russo brothers smash hit movie.

Anthony and Joe Russo were raised in Cleveland and attended Benedictine High School. “Avengers: Endgame" grossed over $2.7 billion worldwide to become the highest grossing film of all-time.

"The Simpsons" first appeared as 'shorts' on the Tracey Ullman Show on April 19, 1987.  The show turned into a prime-time show on December 17, 1989.  It's the longest-running animated comedy.
