Community of Hope is an organization that pairs youth aging out of foster care with a support network of individuals. Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland supports this work. Angela D’Orazio, Amber Donovan and Dylan McIntosh talked to Tiffany with more information.
Here are the questions Tiffany asked:
Can you explain “youth homelessness” and what that means in our community?
What have you found that is most supportive for these individuals?
What is Community of Hope? How is it organized?
What results have you seen?
How can people get involved? What do you need?
How has Community of Hope & social connection helped you?
What are some of your goals for the future, whether it involves your Community or on your own?
Amber, you have a Community of Hope/Open Table Volunteer Information Night coming up?
You are also looking for Ladies interested in joining your HOPE Choir!
How do you help and offer support to those in your community? Find us on social media at ‘We the People’ and let us know!
