After months of postponement, Disney's live-action "Mulan" will go directly to Disney+, but will cost fans a little extra. The film will be available beginning September 4 to rent on the streaming app for $30.
"Mulan" was originally set to debut in theaters on March 27 but was canceled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Fans worry that this new "straight to digital" method being used by major studios sets a dangerous precedent for highly anticipated films, like the upcoming "Black Widow" prequel.
The movie, an origin story for Scarlett Johansson's Marvel character, was set to debut on May 1 but was also canceled due to the Coronavirus.
Fans are still holding out hope, however, that the film will make an appearance on the big screen.
It's been eight years since fans last saw Bella and Edward Cullen on the silver screen, and 12 years since the final "Twilight" book was released, and now fans are finally getting the prequel they've long wanted.
"Midnight Sun" was released on August 4 and has already claimed the top-selling spot on Amazon.
The book, written from Edward's point of view, was postponed indefinitely in 2008 after a portion of the manuscript leaked online to the public, leading author Stephenie Meyer to abandon the project.
Meyer, however, shocked the world back in May announcing that not only would the book be published, but it would be released later this year.
While it's only been out for a few days, fans are already claiming it might be just the thing to save 2020.
And the long-asked question, "Who's the Boss," may finally be answered.
The hit ABC show from the '80s is making a comeback with original stars, Alyssa Milano and Tony Danza, at the helm.
The show will follow Milano's character, now a single mother living in the show's original home with her father, played by Danza.
Judith Light is also reportedly in talks to join the revival, but that has yet to be confirmed.
No word on when the show will air, but it's going to be one to watch for sure.
