LOS ANGELES — Jada Pinkett Smith is about to have an honest conversation with herself, John Krasinski wore a wig on 'The Office' to land a movie role, and Lin Manuel Miranda's 'Hamilton' is now available to stream. These are the top headlines around Hollywood.
It looks like Jada Pinkett Smith is officially going to be a guest on her own Facebook talk show, 'Red Table Talks.'
Jada tweeted that she will bringing herself to the table after close friend and singer, August Alsina, claimed the two had a romantic relationship, and that Jada's husband, actor Will Smith, gave them permission.
Jada denies that her husband gave Alsina permission to have an affair with her.
Alsina first denied relationship rumors after releasing 'Nunya,' which many believed was about Jada. The song features the name 'Koren,' which is also Jada's middle name.
The singer later said that he loves Jada -and the entire Smith family- deeply, so much so that it 'butchered him' to walk away from the situation.
Looks like that is one episode of 'Red Table Talks,' no one will want to miss.
Apparently, John Krasinski has more in common with his character from 'The Office' than we previously thought.
According to one of the show's hairstylists, Kim Ferry, Krasinski has a few tricks up his sleeve.
While filming season three of the hit NBC show, Krasinski needed to cut his hair in order to take a role in the film 'Leatherheads,' but the creator of 'The Office,' Greg Daniels, wouldn't let him.
Daniels was insistent that he would be able to tell the difference between Krasinski's real hair and a wig, therefore, he wasn't allowed to cut it.
That's when, according to Ferry, Krasinski took the situation into his own hands, bought a wig, and had the hairstylist help make it look more realistic.
Krasinski shot several scenes in the wig before driving over to Daniels' office and asking again if he could cut his hair.
When Daniels once again refused, saying that he would know the difference, Krasinski took off the wig and said 'no, I don't think you would.'
That's one way to get your way.
