CLEVELAND — On Tuesday's episode of 'What's New with Betsy Kling and Jay Crawford,' both Democratic nominees, Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden have decided to postpone rallies originally scheduled for tonight due to the coronavirus, and schools across the state begin cancelling classes to stop any spread.
