This week, our morning show is sharing some favorite recipes and bringing in some special guests to make them.
On Monday, Hollie Strano's mom stopped by to show us her favorite recipe for stuffing.

Mom's Bread Stuffing
Ingredients:
- 2 loaves Italian bread, cubed and dried
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 handful oatmeal
- 4 T poultry seasoning
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- Low sodium chicken stock
Directions:
- Saute celery and onion in butter until tender, add to bread in bowl
- Add seasoning and broth (eyeball the amount of broth based on preference)
- Mix and toss until moistened, but not wet
- Stuff mixture in turkey or bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees until fluffy (about one hour)
