A story set in Shaker Heights will soon hit your Hulu queue.
The television adaptation of "Little Fires Everywhere" is set to drop March 18, according to a short trailer released by Hulu late last week. The show is based on the Celeste Ng novel with the same namesake, and the story takes place in Shaker Heights.
The series, starring Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington, tells the story of a homemaker named Elena Richardson [Witherspoon] and a renter, single mother and artist named Mia Warren [Washington], who shakes things up with her mysterious past. Soon, Elena becomes obsessed with exposing Mia's secrets amid a custody battle that divides the town.
The series also features a cast of Joshua Jackson, Rosemarie DeWitt, Jesse Williams and Joe Ryan.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the series will be eight episodes long.
The "Little Fires Everywhere" novel is a New York Times Best Seller, Amazon's Best Novel of 2017, NPR's Best Book of the Year and Goodreads Readers' 2017 Choice Award.
