Whether it's been six months or 60 years, anniversaries are special.
Just six months ago, 3News' Romney Smith and Jason Frazer wed in Puerto Rico. It was the 6-year anniversary of their first date.
According to the newlyweds, "the day was perfect. Surrounded by family and friends, we could feel the love," remembers Frazer.
However, a week after returning from their honeymoon, like so many of you, they were forced to deal with a new reality called Coronavirus. Their newlywed phase took on a new definition. Instead of enjoying new sites around NE Ohio, spending time with our friends and trying out new restaurants, they were forced to lock down.
"What a way to spend the first few months of being married!" says Frazer.
Like your family, the couple was forced to adjust to a new normal that included Netflix marathons and periodic walks in the park.
But no need to wallow in past, today(Saturday), they're celebrating and want you to get in on the fun. The couple is celebrating everyone that has had anniversary this week and month.
