3 exercises you can squeeze into a busy day

Life gets busy and it can be hard to squeeze in a workout.

Barrie Rosencrans, the director and proprietor or Spa Walden, stopped by the WKYC Studios to share three exercises you can do on your lunch break.

They include lunges, planks and the warrior two pose.

She says to hold each exercise for 5 to 6 breaths on each side. You’ll want to do each exercise three times. The exercises should only take you about 10 minutes to complete. If you’re looking or a little cardio, hit the stairs. You can also choose the stairs over the elevator in your daily routine.
