Cleveland APL lowering adoption fees for adult dogs February 25-28

Adult dogs classify as any pup over one year of age.

CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Animal Protective League is offering an incentive this weekend to those looking to take home a new fur-ever friends. 

Starting Friday, February 25 and lasting through February 28, the APL is offering reduced adoption fees for any of its adult dogs. Adult pups are classified as any dog over one year of age.

“The Cleveland APL has so many amazing adult dogs who are looking for homes and we hope to find them families that love big mutts just as much as we do,” says Sharon Harvey, President & CEO of the Cleveland Animal Protective League.

Adoption fees typically begin at $125 for adult dogs, but with the special this weekend, they are being lowered to just $50. 

From quiet, cuddly couch potatoes, to your next hiking buddy, the APL says they have dogs to match any lifestyle.

“Adopting an adult dog comes with many extra benefits—many times they are already trained and want nothing more than a loving home and a soft bed—something we think every animal deserves! So stop by the Cleveland APL this weekend and adopt a big mutt," said Harvey.
