BELLEVUE, Ohio — The Sandusky County Dog Kennel is seeking justice after a dog was found in "horrible conditions" west of Bellevue on Tuesday morning.
Officials from the Sandusky County Dog Kennel took to Facebook to ask the public for help with finding the person responsible for the dog's suffering conditions.
"She was emaciated, recently had a litter of pups and suffering from severe seizures. She was taken to the vet immediately. Valiant efforts were made to save her, but sadly, her body wasn't strong enough to survive," said the Sandusky County Dog Kennel in a Facebook post. "She spent the day at the vet's office on an IV, plenty of meds and monitoring. We could not get the seizures under control, therefore, we chose to end her suffering."
The Sandusky County Dog Kennel is asking anyone who knows who could be responsible for the condition that she was found in to reach out to them.
