CLEVELAND — It can be hard to keep up with the latest health food trends, and even harder to follow them when you're dining out.
Luckily, Cleveland is home to the first-ever 100% non-GMO, full service restaurant in the country: Ohio City's TownHall.
And it just so happens to be like a "second kitchen" to 3News Special Correspondent Emily Mayfield and her husband, Baker.
Emily met up with TownHall's Marketing Director Dan Inks and Beverage Director Aaron Bisheimer for a crash course in everything from bone broth to bulletproof coffee.
