Orange Village — You'd be hard pressed to find anyone who doesn't like pizza, and now a unique option has opened in Northeast Ohio using an ancient form of baking.
3 Palms Pizzeria has introduced its third location, this time at Pinecrest in Orange Village. Instead of measuring pizzas using conventional measuring units, workers there instead use the palms of their hands to get the perfect length. It's a technique that has been used for centuries, especially in parts of Europe and the Mediterranean.
Of course, the final product still has to taste good, and the 18 different pizzas certainly do just that. All are cooked to perfection in an Italian-made wood-fired oven, and the menu also features other favorites such as meatball plates, pasta, and fresh baked breads.
3 Palms is located in Suite 146 on 200 Park Ave. and is open every day starting at 11:30 a.m., closing at 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
