CLEVELAND — Believe it or not, it's almost time to pour a cold one while chestnuts roast on an open fire.
Great Lakes Brewing Company announced Thursday the first pour of the season will occur on Oct. 24 at 11 a.m. at the brewery on Market Ave. Besides plenty of food and beer, the Cleveland Carolers will perform, and Brewer Santa will deliver the first keg.
Great Lakes' most famous ale is sold only a few months out of the year, making it's yearly release a particularly joyous occasion. The brewery even brought it out for one day only this summer as part of its "Christmas in July" celebration.
No reservations will be taken on the day of the first pour, as it will be first-come, first-served. However, you can enter for a chance to win a VIP experience here.
