Ingredients:

  • Three pounds of ground beef
  • Kielbasa link
  • Three packets of chili seasoning
  • Three bell peppers
  • Two yellow onions
  • One red onion
  • Two Great Lakes Oktoberfest beers
  • One can of kidney beans
  • One can of black beans
  • One can of diced tomatoes
  • One can of tomato paste

Before cooking, dice your peppers and onions. Followed by slicing your kielbasa into bite-size pieces.

Throw your kielbasa into a pan and cook until they have a brown crust on them. Once those are done, take them out and put them aside while you brown your ground beef. Once the ground beef is cooked, drain it and put it into a large pot along with the kielbasa off of the heat.

Then cook the peppers and onions in a frying pan (adding plenty of fresh minced garlic to veggies is recommended while cooking.)

While those cook, combine your beans, tomatoes, packs of chili powder and beer in the pot with the ground beef and kielbasa. Feel free to include other spices to taste, including cayenne pepper, garlic, and onion powder.

After the veggies are done cooking, combine them with the rest.

Keep the pot on medium/high heat for about 10 minutes and bring the heat down to low for at least a half hour.

Enjoy!
