CLEVELAND — Mason's Creamery has become an Ohio City staple for small-batch ice cream boasting unique flavors often inspired by the season.
But the small shop has also gained a reputation for some of the city's best ramen in recent years. This year, ramen returns Dec. 4.
Mason's Creamery said in an Instagram post that the shop will shut down its ice cream operation Nov. 26. After a week of transition, it will reopen as a ramen destination serving big bowls of tender noodles in salty, rich broth. Last year's options included pork and veggie tonkotsu and chicken shio.
