STRONGSVILLE, Ohio -- Michael Symon’s B Spot is all about burgers.
But late last year, Cleveland’s own celebrity chef made headlines for unleashing a meatless burger.
Just in time for Lent, he’s releasing four new meatless creations, each available exclusively at various B Spot locations.
Symon spent Friday at the Strongsville B Spot restaurant with WKYC to show off these meatless options, which you can watch HERE:
- “Impossible Pattie Melt” (EAST location): Impossible Burger w/Swiss cheese, Russian dressing, sauerkraut
- “Salisbury Steak” (WEST location): Impossible Burger w/mushroom gravy, crispy onions, grain mustard
- “Buckeye Burger” (SOUTH location): Impossible Burger w/spicy peanut butter sauce, sweet hot pickles
- “Polish Boy” (NORTH location): Impossible Burger w/French fries, coleslaw, shasha sauce, coffee bbq sauce
So what exactly is in the meatless Impossible Burger? B Spot’s menu describes as “a delicious burger for meat-lovers made from simple, all-natural, plant-based ingredients, including plant-derived heme. Heme is what makes the ‘Impossible Burger’ smell, sizzle and taste gloriously meaty.”
