BEREA, Ohio — You are guaranteed to find Browns football in Berea.
What you might not expect, though, are gluten-free chicken wings, fries, onion rings and more. That's what Boss ChickNBeer serves up and locals are catching on.
"This is the best chicken I have ever had," customer Walter McCormick said.
The "Boss Chicks" behind it all: Heather Doeberling and Emily Moes.
You might recognize them from Boca Loca Burrito Factory, which is their other restaurant in Berea. They started serving wings there when a customer requested them one day.
"He said, 'I’d be here every day if you sold wings,' and I said, 'Challenge accepted,'” Doeberling explains.

From there, wings really took off. A few months later, they opened up Boss ChickNBeer specializing in chicken tenders, fries, onion rings and, of course, wings. To much surprise of their customers, the entire menu is gluten free.
Boss ChickNBeer is located at 120 Front Street in Berea. They are open at 11 a.m. daily.
