CLEVELAND — Come for the game and stay for the food. This Italian beef sandwich recipe will be sure to win over all your guests and take the strain off of you in the kitchen.
Ingredients:
- Beef chuck roast
- 6 cup beef broth
- Jar of pepperoncini peppers
- 1 pack of zesty Italian seasoning
- 1 pack of garlic and onion seasoning
- 1 ranch packet
- 2 Great Lakes Conway's Irish Ale
- 2 tsp oregano
Instructions:
Start by taking your beef and searing it on each side for 3 minutes. After that, place the seared beef in a slow cooker.
Then add all the above ingredients to the slow cooker, stir and set to high for two hours. After that, turn the heat to low and let it cook for six hours.
Once it's done, shred the beef and place it in a bun, top it with mozzarella cheese and enjoy!
