CLEVELAND — Leading up to Super Bowl Sunday, local chefs from Northeast Ohio will join 3News to share their gameday favorites.
On Tuesday, Chef Dave Gutfranski from Cleveland Chop joined 3News' Jay Crawford and Betsy Kling to showcase ways that you can step up your food game ahead of your Super Bowl party.
Ingredients:
- 10-12 ounces of marinated tenders
- 2 ounces of buffalo sauce
- 1 ounce of chopped bacon
- 1 ounce of bleu cheese crumbles
- 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions
Instructions:
1. Marinate tenders in buttermilk and red hot for 24 hours equal parts red hot and buttermilk enough to coat the chicken
2. Dredge tenders in season flour and place in fryer basket or air fryer at 350 F. Cook until 165 internal temperature
3. Lift and drain for 20 seconds
4. Drizzle tenders with buffalo sauce and top with bacon, scallions and crumble blue cheese
5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces
