CLEVELAND — Leading up to Super Bowl Sunday, local chefs from Northeast Ohio will join 3News to share their gameday favorites.
On Wednesday, Chef Pam from Giant Eagle joined 3News' Jay Crawford and Betsy Kling to showcase ways that you can step up your food game ahead of your Super Bowl party!
Ingredients:
- 8 ounce package shredded sharp cheddar
- 1 jar dill pickle chips
- Everything bagel seasoning
Instructions:
- In a mini tart pan fill each cup with a layer of cheese
- Drain and dry the pickle chips
- Place one on top of cheese
- Cover pickle with a layer of cheese.
- Season and bake at 350 degrees until cheese has melted and browned
Ingredients:
- 3 4oz boxes instant cheesecake pudding
- 2 cups cold milk
- 12 mini bags pretzels
- 21oz can strawberry pie filling
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Crushed pretzels for garnish
Instructions:
- In medium bowl mix the pudding with the milk and let it set
- Crush pretzels in each mini bag
- Open the bags
- Spoon the pudding on to pretzels
- Top pudding with pie filling
- Top pie filling with whipped topping
- Garnish with crushed pretzels
- Serves 12
