CLEVELAND — Sharon Anne Klingler of Westlake says she has the special gift of getting messages from the spirit world.
“People make it much more mysterious than it is.”
She said we get signs from the other side all the time, but just don’t realize it.
“Often times, very recently after somebody dies the phone will ring and there will be nobody there. Spirits can work with electrical things.”
We gathered a group of employees together for a special meeting with Klingler.
Some of the messages made sense -- including a specific situation that moved our morning show executive producer to tears.
Other messages didn’t really hit home – including the moment she suspected there was another “Dave” in Dave Chudowsky’s life.
The biggest head-scratcher came when Klingler asked Maureen Kyle about her father’s potential retirement. Here's their conversation:
Klingler: “Your dad is playing with retirement? Did he just retire or is he thinking about retiring?
Maureen: “No. He’s of the age, and he gets asked that all the time. He’s not retiring.”
Klingler: “Let me tell you what spirits show me about his retirement. He’s going to come back and back and back and back and back because he loves the game. He’s not getting up off of his hop-scotch board.”
Maureen: You don’t know what he does?
Klingler: No. I don’t need to know what he does. I just need to know how he feels about what he does.
Is it possible that Klingler did some research on Maureen's dad before coming to the station? It's possible, but nobody really knows. Her dad, Chuck, is a well-known coach at St. Ignatius High School.
