It will be soon be all aboard for one of the area's most beloved holiday attractions.
The Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad (CVSR) has announced the return of the North Pole Adventure™ this November and December. Tickets will be available for purchase for CVSR members at the "brakemen" level or above starting September 7 at 9 a.m. Tickets for the general public will go on sale on October 5 at 9 a.m.
The North Pole Adventure™ will take riders on a quest to write letters addressed to Santa and hand deliver them to the North Pole's Postmaster. The CVSR says windows are on each side of the train. While they cannot guarantee which side of the train your seat will be on, each child will have the opportunity to view the North Pole.
Your ticket includes a 90-minute train ride, hot chocolate, one cookie, letter writing activity to Santa, program and a brief visit with Santa. If your child is under the age of two, no ticket will be required, but they must sit in an adult’s lap for the entirety of the ride.
