LIST: Where to get a free Thanksgiving meal in Northeast Ohio

Several organizations across Northeast Ohio are providing Thanksgiving meals free of charge.

CLEVELAND — As Thanksgiving approaches, 3News has created a list of organizations in Northeast Ohio offering free meals for those in need. 

3News will continue to update this list as more organizations announce their pickup times for Thanksgiving dinners. 

CUYAHOGA COUNTY

St. Augustine Hunger Center | 1400 Howard Avenue, Cleveland 

  • Thursday, Nov. 28 
  • 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

In-person holiday meals will be available. 

Delivered meals from Diocese of Cleveland - Catholic Charities

  • Meal delivery reservations are accepted until noon on Monday, Nov. 25 
    • Delivery will take place on Thursday, Nov. 28, between 10 a.m.-1 p.m. 
  • If you are interested in receiving a delivered meal, call 216-377-3725 or email holidays@ccdocle.org and provide the following: 
    • Name
    • Phone number
    • Full address
    • Number of meals you are requesting 

TownHall Feed The Need | 1909 West 25th Street, Cleveland

  • Tuesday, Nov. 26 
  • 11 a.m.-5 p.m. 

Serving free turkey dinners. 

LORAIN COUNTY 

Fields United Methodist Church | 34077 Lorain Road, North Ridgeville 

  • Thursday, Nov. 28 
  • Meals will be delivered between 11 a.m.-noon 
    • Call 440-327-8753 by Monday, Nov. 18, to request delivery. 

Saint Mary Catholic Church | 250 3rd Street, Elyria 

  • Thursday, Nov. 28 
  • Noon-2:30 p.m. 

Serves a hot Thanksgiving meal for the community. Meal may be eaten on-site or taken to-go. Offers delivery to residents of Elyria.

Catholic Charities Services of Lorain County | 2726 Caroline Avenue, Lorain

  • 10:45-12:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. 

MEDINA COUNTY 

Saint Ambrose Church | 929 Pearl Road, Brunswick

  • Must register by calling 330-460-7300 by Friday, Nov. 22

Provides Thanksgiving meals. Meals may be eaten on-site or taken to go. All sit-down guests will also receive a boxed lunch meal to take home. Delivery available to Brunswick/Brunswick Hills.

SUMMIT COUNTY 

Annunciation Akron Greek Orthodox Church | 129 South Union Street, Akron
