AKRON, Ohio — A Northeast Ohio holiday classic is set to return once again this year.
Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens will present their annual "Deck the Hall" holiday display in Akron starting on Nov. 24.
The annual display features the interior of the Manor House decorated as well as 1.2 million holiday lights illuminating the pathways and grounds of Stan Hywet.
The display begins in the Carriage House Courtyard, which features a Christmas tree and Santa nearby to greet and visit with guests.
"In the Manor House, 20 rooms are decorated for Deck the Hall. The Music Room has the look of a traditional Christmas, and other highlights include the "Reindeer Flight Academy" in the Round Room, Santa and Mrs. Claus on a sleigh ride date night on the West Porch, an underwater mermaid party in Irene's Room, and Santa - made of LEGO® bricks - on the Sleeping Porch.
