ASHTABULA, Ohio -- It is being called the “worst case” of animal neglect and abuse by one woman who runs her own rescue.
Vanessa Petrosky, who runs Remi’s Pet Recovery, posted a series of photos on Facebook of a dog that has suffered some serious trauma.
“I have NO WORDS,” Petrosky wrote.
The dog, Valor, is now in the care of the Ashtabula County Animal Protective League.
