CLEVELAND — A kitten was saved from a Chardon storm drain after firefighters used a power tool to rescue the animal, video shows.
The Chardon Fire Department posted footage of the rescue on its X page, formerly Twitter, Saturday morning. The department said the kitten was saved by Firefighter Dan McKenna and the "A" shift in the Woods of Burlington development.
The fire department added the firefighters were able to retrieve the kitten from the storm drain "with a little help from a leaf blower."
