CLEVELAND — With Thanksgiving fast approaching, Giant Eagle is rolling out a new promotion to make it a little easier for customers to put their holiday meals on the table.
The Pittsburgh-based grocery chain announced that customers who spend enough money at Giant Eagle stores between Oct. 17, and Nov. 9 will receive either a small or large frozen turkey for free.
Customers who spend at least $300 in that time frame will be entitled to a small Giant Eagle brand turkey weighing 8-15.99 pounds, while customers who exceed $400 will be able to pick a free large turkey weighing 16 pounds or more.
All customers have to do to earn a turkey is use their Giant Eagle Advantage Card for each eligible transaction. Customers will be able to track their progress toward earning their free turkey by checking their receipt or by logging into their account on the Giant Eagle app.
